Ayellet is a BCBA and serves as our Director of Operations, overseeing communication, staffing, scheduling, family support, and day-to-day operations. With over 20 years of experience in special education, ABA, and leadership, she believes successful therapy starts with trust, collaboration, and understanding each child’s unique strengths and needs.

Tracey is a BCBA and serves as our Clinical Director. She has been with our company since its founding and is passionate about helping children build communication, social, and foundational skills through compassionate, assent-based care that prioritizes each child’s voice, preferences, and dignity.

Jirita is a BCBA and part of our Missouri clinical team. Her journey into ABA began when her son received an ADHD diagnosis as a young child; wanting to better support him, she became passionate about learning strategies to help manage behavior, build skills, and foster independence. She loves seeing clients gain confidence and reach goals that make a difference in their everyday lives.

Kim earned her Bachelor’s in Arts for Children from SUNY Brockport and her Master’s in Inclusive Early Childhood Education from Nazareth College of Rochester. She has 8 years of experience teaching special education preschool and Kindergarten–1st grade, became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2018, and is passionate about compassionate, individualized care.
