Director of Operations

Ayellet is a BCBA and serves as our Director of Operations, overseeing communication, staffing, scheduling, family support, and day-to-day operations. With over 20 years of experience in special education, ABA, and leadership, she believes successful therapy starts with trust, collaboration, and understanding each child’s unique strengths and needs.

Tracey is a BCBA and serves as our Clinical Director. She has been with our company since its founding and is passionate about helping children build communication, social, and foundational skills through compassionate, assent-based care that prioritizes each child’s voice, preferences, and dignity.

Anne is a behavior analyst with 18 years of experience, holding a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis and a PhD in Special Education. As the parent of a child with Level 1 Autism and ADHD, she brings both clinical expertise and personal compassion to every family she supports.
